Naturally occuring oxides color this tray made by Naomi Lindenfeld of Vermont. The work is constructed in layers of color, folded and manipulated, then carved and flattened to reveal subtle patterns, then backed with plain white porcelain.

It is food and dishwasher safe but skip the microwave.
